Special tools are used to cut through the material that bonds the glass to the vehicle. The windshield is removed and depending on the vehicle's condition, the existing adhesive is then removed. |

The area of the vehicle that the windshield fits into is cleaned and the glass is prepped to ensure a good seal . |

A Urethane adhesive is then applied to the vehicle frame. |

The new windshield is firmly set in place and the cowl, molding and wipers are reattached. The vehicle is safe to drive in about one hour for most installations. |
